Our most frequently asked questions

  • We begin accepting bookings 12 to 18 months in advance. Our busiest months—May, June, September, and October—tend to fill up quickly. To guarantee your date, a signed contract and deposit are required. To see if we’re available for your wedding, complete the bridal inquiry form under the Contact section, and we’ll get back to you shortly!

  • We require a 90 day cancellation notice. Since we have reserved this date for you, and most likely turned down numerous other brides for that date, payment in full is required if less than 90 days notice is provided. Retainers are non-refundable.

  • ABSOLUTELY! We love our LGBTQ+ friends and family! We would be proud to be a part of your day!

  • No, we don’t require you to book our team for both services. You can book us for just makeup or hair.

  • While we love kids, they can be distracting during the limited time we have together. We ask that you enjoy this time for yourself and find a sitter for your precious little ones.

  • No need! We do this in our sleep! We will make sure to create a schedule and get that over to you to approve.

  • Yes, lashes are included for everyone receiving makeup services.

  • No. Your retainer is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • Once your date is officially booked, all contracted services need to be paid in full. If someone backs out of services, we suggest that you ask a friend or other family member to take their spot, we hate to have you pay for a spot that no one is using.

  • We love reviews. If you’ve used our services, we prefer our reviews on Google and WeddingWire. If for some reason you were not happy with our service, please reach out. We want to be sure we offered you the highest level of service. If we fall short, we would like to know.

  • Of course! For larger bridal parties, we can provide multiple stylists and artists to streamline the getting-ready process. Our team is experienced in working with bridesmaids, junior bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and groom, flower girls, aunts, and others. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your date and ensure full coverage for your special day!

  • Trials play a key role in designing your perfect look and bringing your vision to life. Most of our brides secure their wedding date before scheduling thier trial. Trials are booked during the winter months and are provided at our Salem NH location.

  • As far as you need us! When able, Haus of Beauty Bridal Team would be happy to travel a significant distance (including out of state), so long as lodging is provided the night prior to the wedding for any travel greater than 100 miles one-way or in excess of 90 minutes. The standard mileage fee will also apply. For destination weddings - Haus of Beauty is passport ready!
