We require a 90 day cancellation notice. Since we have reserved this date for you, and most likely turned down numerous other brides for that date, payment in full is required if less than 90 days notice is provided. Retainers are non-refundable.

No, we don’t require you to book our team for both services. You can book us for just makeup or hair.

Once your date is officially booked, all contracted services need to be paid in full. If someone backs out of services, we suggest that you ask a friend or other family member to take their spot, we hate to have you pay for a spot that no one is using.

Of course! For larger bridal parties, we can provide multiple stylists and artists to streamline the getting-ready process. Our team is experienced in working with bridesmaids, junior bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and groom, flower girls, aunts, and others. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your date and ensure full coverage for your special day!

Trials play a key role in designing your perfect look and bringing your vision to life. Most of our brides secure their wedding date before scheduling thier trial. Trials are booked during the winter months and are provided at our Salem NH location.

As far as you need us! When able, Haus of Beauty Bridal Team would be happy to travel a significant distance (including out of state), so long as lodging is provided the night prior to the wedding for any travel greater than 100 miles one-way or in excess of 90 minutes. The standard mileage fee will also apply. For destination weddings - Haus of Beauty is passport ready!
